Provide constructive feedback on practice tests and assignments to facilitate improvement. Individualized Learning Plans: Create personalized learning plans based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and target scores. Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Materials Selection: Select or create relevant and up-to-date teaching materials, resources, and practice exams for IELTS preparation. Stay Updated: Stay informed about changes in the IELTS exam format, content, and scoring criteria. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom activities to ensure student engagement and participation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. TESOL or TEFL certification is advantageous.
