Develop architectural designs, sketches, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas, spatial layouts, material selections, and aesthetic concepts effectively. 2. Architectural Planning and Documentation: Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning assessments to inform site selection, building placement, and design development in compliance with local regulations and codes. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coordination with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. 3. Sustainable Design and Building Performance: Integrate sustainable design principles, energy-efficient strategies, and green building technologies into architectural solutions to minimize environmental impact, optimize building performance, and enhance occupant comfort. Research innovative materials, construction techniques, and building systems to achieve sustainability goals, resilience, and long-term durability in architectural designs. 4. Project Management and Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, to coordinate project delivery, schedules, budgets, and quality assurance from concept design through construction administration. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and meetings to oversee construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and standards. 5. Client Communication and Collaboration: Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and responsiveness to client needs, feedback, and expectations throughout the design and construction process. Present design proposals, progress updates, and project deliverables to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and persuasively. 6. Design Innovation and Professional Development: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and technological advancements in architecture, urban design, and construction industry, participating in continuing education, workshops, and conferences. Foster a culture of design excellence, creativity, and innovation within the firm, sharing knowledge, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to design competitions, research projects, or publications. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA) in India.
