Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to established standards. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces. Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities in guest rooms. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in designated areas. Replenishing supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products. Inspecting rooms and reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Following safety procedures and using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly. Assisting with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to hygiene, safety, and security. Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously. Collaborating with other departments as needed to ensure a positive guest experience. Participating in training programs and meetings as required. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Performing other duties as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor or management. Qualifications: Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
