Welding and Joining: Perform welding and other joining techniques to connect steel parts and structures. Ensure precision and quality in welding processes. Machine Operation: Operate machinery such as shears, press brakes, and plasma cutters to process steel materials. Conduct routine maintenance checks on fabrication equipment. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications. Address any defects or deviations from the design during the fabrication process. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including designers and engineers, to ensure accurate fabrication. Communicate effectively to address design or production challenges. Installation Support: Provide assistance during the installation of fabricated steel structures, if necessary.
