Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences. 2. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs, to attract and engage target audiences. Manage content calendars, schedules, and publishing workflows to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all digital platforms. 3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility, traffic, and rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to enhance website performance and search engine results page (SERP) rankings. 4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust campaign parameters to maximize ROI and achieve advertising goals. 5. Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to build brand awareness, increase followers, and engage with audiences on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create and curate social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to foster community engagement and drive user interaction. 6. Segment email lists, create personalized email content, and optimize email templates for deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates. 7. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, campaign results, and KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
