Reading and Understanding Blueprints: Interpret and comprehend technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Material Preparation: Measure and cut aluminum materials to required dimensions using hand tools or machinery. Ensure accurate shaping and sizing of aluminum components. Fabrication and Assembly: Fabricate and assemble aluminum structures, windows, doors, and other products. Utilize welding and other joining techniques to assemble components. Machine Operation: Operate machinery such as saws, drills, and CNC equipment for aluminum processing. Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of fabrication equipment. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Address any defects or issues in the fabrication process. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including designers and engineers, to ensure project success. Communicate effectively to address any design or production challenges. Installation Support: Provide on-site support during the installation of fabricated aluminum products, if required. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure accurate and efficient product placement. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fabrication processes, materials used, and project timelines. Prepare reports and documentation as required by the management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus. Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator or in a similar role. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of various aluminum fabrication techniques and equipment. Welding and machining skills are desirable. Attention to detail and precision in fabrication work. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements: Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on construction sites when needed.
