Upholding company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and quality standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive service advisory role preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
