Body Shop Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the body shop operations, including estimating, scheduling, production, quality control, and customer service. Ensure efficient workflow management, resource utilization, and adherence to repair timelines and quality standards. 2. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage a team of body technicians, painters, estimators, and support staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize team productivity and morale. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement, promoting safety, quality, and customer satisfaction as top priorities. 3. Estimating and Job Costing: Review and approve repair estimates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with insurance requirements and industry standards. Monitor job costing and profitability, identifying opportunities to optimize costs, reduce waste, and improve profit margins while maintaining high-quality standards. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and expectations throughout the repair process. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth and timely resolution of claims and repairs. 5.
