Job Description: 1. Sales Target Achievement: Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet their requirements. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, promote repeat business, and generate referrals for new leads. 3. Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, highlighting key features and addressing their specific needs and preferences. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities through ongoing research and analysis. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within assigned territories and market segments. 5. Sales Support and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts. Provide feedback and insights to support the development of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product enhancements. 6. Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to the sales profession. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the [industry/sector] industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for sales.
