Job Description: As a Sales Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Thiruvalla region. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for exceeding targets. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and their value propositions. Identify and approach potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and improve customer satisfaction. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market conditions, and product performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals. Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales with a willingness to take initiative. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools (preferred). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
