Job Description: We are seeking a creative and passionate Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project team to develop conceptual designs and translate them into architectural plans. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project constraints. Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and quality. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and presentations to discuss project progress and solicit feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum 2 years of experience working in an architectural firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency. Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
