We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team in Cherthala. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, possess excellent culinary skills, and have a deep understanding of traditional Kerala cuisine. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to our recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring the highest level of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including traditional Kerala cuisine, snacks, and main courses Follow recipes and presentation specifications Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety standards Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Assist with menu planning and development Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting Deep knowledge of Kerala cuisine and traditional cooking methods Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus Must be legally eligible to work in India Working Hours: This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
