We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Kalpetta. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals with customers over the phone or through digital channels. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify potential customers through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and initiate contact to introduce our products or services. Sales Pitch: Present and promote our products or services to prospects in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner. Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions to address customer needs and pain points effectively. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects to establish trust and credibility. Listen actively to customer requirements, objections, and feedback and address them in a professional and consultative manner. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets. Overcome objections and objections raised by customers with persuasive selling techniques. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales leads and opportunities using CRM software or sales tracking tools. Track progress of leads through the sales process and follow up with prospects in a timely manner to move deals forward. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management to track performance and progress towards sales goals. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and prospective customers. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service role, preferably in the relevant industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales aptitude with a passion for selling and achieving targets. Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and business success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Flexibility to work flexible hours as needed.
