We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team in Manjeri. The Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care, administering medications, and assisting with patient care activities to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients in our facility. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients based on their individual needs and medical conditions. Assess patient health status, monitor vital signs, and record patient information accurately. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians according to established protocols and medication schedules. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and side effects. Wound Care: Perform wound dressing changes, wound assessments, and wound care procedures as directed by physicians or wound care specialists. Monitor wound healing progress and report any abnormalities or complications. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Provide instructions on medication management, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle modifications. Health Promotion: Promote health and wellness among patients through preventive care measures, health screenings, and immunizations. Encourage patients to adopt healthy habits and behaviors to improve their overall well-being. Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, nursing notes, and patient charts. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes according to established documentation standards and regulations. Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and provide emergency care as needed. Perform CPR, first aid, and basic life support interventions to stabilize patients in critical situations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license or registration from the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. Proven experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
