The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems including split, window, central, and ductless systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, coils, and ducts to ensure efficient operation. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and troubleshoot issues to determine the root cause of malfunctions. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats. Conduct performance tests and ensure systems meet safety and environmental standards. Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules. Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and address their concerns in a professional manner. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on-site. Requirements: Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role, preferably in a residential and commercial setting. Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and electrical components. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
