Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs. Service Recommendations: Inspect vehicles and accurately diagnose problems reported by customers. Provide clear explanations and recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance. Create detailed service orders and cost estimates for customers. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles during the service process. Customer Education: Educate customers on preventive maintenance and proper care for their vehicles. Explain warranties and service contracts as applicable. Billing and Payments: Prepare and review invoices with customers. Collect payment for services rendered.
