Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and other food service areas. Set up tables and stations according to the restaurant's standards. Assist in food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables. Ensure proper handling and storage of utensils, glassware, and equipment. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service to guests by being attentive, courteous, and responsive to their needs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation. Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally. Uphold the restaurant's image by maintaining a neat appearance and positive attitude. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not always required. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays if needed.
