As a Front Office Executive, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations and providing outstanding customer service to our guests. Job Description: As a Front Office Executive, your responsibilities will include: Guest Reception and Assistance: Greeting guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel facilities and services, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. Reservation Management: Handling reservations through phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of reservations. Customer Service: Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Administrative Duties: Performing various administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, and preparing reports. Coordination: Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences. Communication: Communicating effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards. Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Customer Orientation: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software for reservation management, email communication, and basic office tasks. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
