Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services, including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and hair extensions, using appropriate techniques and tools. Hair Treatments: Provide treatments to improve the health and condition of the hair, such as deep conditioning treatments, keratin treatments, and scalp massages, tailored to the client's specific needs. Special Occasion Styling: Create stunning hairstyles for special occasions such as weddings, parties, and photo shoots, incorporating braids, updos, and other intricate styles to complement the client's overall look. Product Recommendations: Recommend and sell hair care products, styling tools, and accessories to clients, based on their hair type, concerns, and styling goals. Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic work station, sterilize equipment, and adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times to ensure the well-being of clients and staff. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. Continued Education: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair styling industry through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field. Proven experience working as a Hair Stylist in a salon or spa setting. Excellent knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques. Creativity and artistic flair, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
