Accounts Manager Age Below 40 10 Years Experience Job Opening in Thrissur

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and oversee bank deposits and payments. Coordinate and communicate with external auditors for annual audits. Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights to management for decision-making. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure efficient and effective use of company funds. Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance. Stay updated on accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) is preferred. Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
