HR Executive Job Opening in Thrissur

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with statutory regulations Maintain employee records and HRIS systems Develop and implement training and development programs for employees Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Nurture a positive working environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of respect and inclusivity Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
