As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff effectively, and drive profitability. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Manage and lead a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other restaurant employees. Hire, train, and schedule staff members to ensure adequate coverage and exceptional service. Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation among staff. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and presentation standards. Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators for management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards. Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
