We are looking for a skilled and reliable Tea Maker to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have experience in making traditional Indian tea, chai, as well as other beverages. The Tea Maker will be responsible for preparing and serving tea to our customers with a friendly and courteous attitude. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve traditional Indian tea (chai) as per customers' preferences. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tea preparation area. Operate tea-making equipment such as kettles, stoves, and filters. Ensure the quality and consistency of tea served. Take customer orders and handle cash transactions. Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications: Prior experience as a Tea Maker or similar role preferred. Knowledge of traditional Indian tea preparation methods. Ability to operate tea-making equipment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
