We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our school faculty in Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver English language lessons that cater to the needs of all students. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards. Implement a variety of teaching strategies to actively engage students in learning. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification. Proficiency in English language (spoken and written). Previous experience teaching English at the middle or high school level preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction based on students’ needs and abilities. Familiarity with technology and its integration into the classroom.
