Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons to students at various proficiency levels, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Malayalam. Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of students. Evaluate student progress through assessments, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and participate actively in class. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, teaching materials, and resources that align with educational standards. Stay updated with advancements in Malayalam language education and integrate new teaching methodologies and technologies into lessons. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic goals, and areas for improvement. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Malayalam language, literature, education, or a related field. Relevant teaching experience in Malayalam language instruction, preferably in a school setting. Proficiency in English and Malayalam, both written and spoken. Strong knowledge of Malayalam grammar, vocabulary, and literature. Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs and learning levels. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching practices.
