As an Inside Sales Manager in Trivandrum, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and driving the sales process to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals. Your duties may include, but are not limited to: Team Leadership and Management: Leading, motivating, and coaching the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Setting clear sales objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs for team members. Providing ongoing feedback, training, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the team. Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing inside sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identifying target markets, segments, and customer profiles to focus sales efforts and maximize opportunities. Collaborating with the sales leadership team to align inside sales initiatives with overall sales objectives and company goals. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Overseeing lead generation activities, including outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to identify and qualify potential customers. Developing and optimizing lead generation processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Process Management: Managing the inside sales pipeline and sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Monitoring and tracking sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software or sales management tools. Implementing sales methodologies, best practices, and sales automation tools to streamline processes and improve productivity. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-ups, and engagement. Understanding customer needs, challenges, and objectives to recommend appropriate solutions and offerings. Providing exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attainment, to identify areas for improvement. Generating sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards to track progress and communicate insights to senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Providing feedback to marketing teams on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. Proven experience in inside sales or sales management roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving goals.
