Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Ensure the lobby area and entrance are clean and tidy at all times. Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure efficient and timely service to guests. Follow hotel procedures for handling and storing guest belongings securely. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or Hotel Manager.
