As a Business Development Executive in Kollam, your primary role is to drive growth and expansion for the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Client Acquisition: Identifying and reaching out to decision-makers and key stakeholders within target companies to introduce the company's products or services. Presenting value propositions and customized solutions to address client needs and challenges. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts. Engaging in regular communication, follow-ups, and networking activities to nurture relationships and foster trust and credibility. Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales managers or product specialists, to develop customized proposals and close deals effectively. Client Engagement: Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond. Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Market Expansion: Identifying new market segments, geographic regions, or industry verticals for business expansion. Developing strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software or other sales management tools. Generating sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and evaluate effectiveness. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Coordinating cross-functional initiatives to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape. Participating in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the same industry or sector. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales productivity tools.
