We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician to join our team in Kazhakootam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, cables, and recording equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CCTV systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and client requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on CCTV system operation and maintenance. Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends related to CCTV systems. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role. In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems and equipment. Proficient in installing and configuring CCTV cameras and related devices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CCTV systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications or training in CCTV installation and maintenance is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
