Set up and maintain computer networks, including LAN and WAN. Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups. Document technical processes and procedures for reference. Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing quality service. Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is a plus.
