Perform administrative and clerical duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, and data entry. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Assist with the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging catering and logistics. Greet and assist visitors to the office. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. High School Diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with office management software (e.g., ERP systems). Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
