We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. This role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware thoroughly. Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized. Sort and stack clean dishes; carry clean dishes to proper storage areas. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Assist with kitchen and restaurant cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, and organizing supplies. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Work efficiently in a team environment to ensure timely dishwashing and kitchen support. Handle and store chemicals in line with safety procedures. Adhere to proper sanitation guidelines and food safety standards. Assist with unloading and storing deliveries as needed. Report any kitchen equipment or maintenance issues to management promptly. Qualifications: Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Kerala Food Safety and Standards Authority (KFSSA) certification is a plus.
