Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wheel Alignment Technician to join our automotive service team in Kattappana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, adjusting, and aligning vehicle wheels to ensure proper vehicle handling, tire wear, and safety. Responsibilities: Perform wheel alignment procedures using precision equipment and computerized alignment systems. Inspect vehicle suspension, steering components, and tire condition to determine alignment requirements. Adjust wheel angles, including camber, caster, and toe, according to manufacturer specifications. Identify and replace worn or damaged steering and suspension parts as needed. Conduct test drives to verify alignment adjustments and ensure vehicle stability and handling. Diagnose and troubleshoot alignment-related issues such as pulling, vibration, and uneven tire wear. Maintain accurate records of alignment measurements, adjustments, and repairs. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Assist other technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs as needed. Stay updated with the latest alignment techniques, equipment, and industry trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician or a similar role in an automotive service environment. Strong knowledge of wheel alignment principles, techniques, and procedures. Proficiency in using computerized alignment systems and alignment tools. Familiarity with vehicle suspension and steering systems. Ability to interpret alignment specifications and diagnostic data accurately. Attention to detail and precision in performing alignment adjustments.
