We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture, possess strong design skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As an Architectural Designer, you will collaborate with project teams to develop creative concepts, produce detailed drawings and specifications, and contribute to all phases of the design process. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative and functional design concepts. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project requirements. Research materials, products, and building codes to inform design decisions. Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations. Contribute to the development of sustainable and environmentally responsible design solutions. Stay current with trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design. Assist in project management tasks as needed, including budgeting and scheduling. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a collaborative studio environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software. Strong design sensibility and ability to generate creative concepts. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred. Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
