Job Description: Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads in the assigned territory. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Presenting and demonstrating products/services to prospective clients. Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure proper customer satisfaction and retention. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and market changes. Providing regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation and administrative tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the [insert industry] sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
