We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil engineering projects, from conception to completion. They will collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to project challenges. Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, as well as company policies and procedures. Foster a culture of safety on all project sites, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect workers and the public. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
