We are looking for a highly motivated Interior Site Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at our project sites. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including construction, installations, and finishing work, to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Manage subcontractors and vendors, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients to provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or requests. Keep accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials used, and manpower allocation. Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise on-site in a professional and diplomatic manner. Ensure that all work meets quality standards and client expectations, conducting quality inspections as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in interior design, architecture, construction management, or related field. Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction or interior design industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure. Understanding of health and safety regulations and willingness to enforce compliance. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in construction management or related field. Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices. Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects. Bilingual proficiency in English and [additional language, if applicable].
