Responsibilities: Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Schedule and manage employee shifts. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience. Provide regular updates to the management team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth overall operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of local regulations and health and safety standards. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
