We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Automobile Body Shop Advisor to join our team in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive body repair and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for body repairs. Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and guide them through the repair process. Damage Assessment: Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes. Insurance Liaison: Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely approval of repair estimates and payment processing. Communicate effectively with adjusters to negotiate repair costs when necessary. Scheduling: Schedule appointments for repairs, coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion, and keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process. Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure that all work meets our quality standards and customer expectations. Customer Education: Educate customers about recommended repair procedures, maintenance tips, and available warranty options to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and inventory levels. Process paperwork efficiently and assist with billing and invoicing as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the body shop team, including technicians, parts specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery. Requirements: Previous experience in automotive body repair or a related field is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and automotive repair software. Familiarity with insurance processes and regulations is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Certification from a recognized automotive repair program or institute is a plus.
