Telecaller Job Opening in Payyanur

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Payyanur. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone with the aim to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities: Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services using scripts provided by the company. Answering questions about products/services and addressing any concerns customers may have. Obtaining customer information and maintaining a database of contacts. Making outbound calls to generate sales leads. Following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. Documenting all call information accurately and comprehensively. Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets. Building and maintaining a positive and professional rapport with customers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Malayalam and English languages. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
