As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction activities on-site. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Manage and organize labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and specifications. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, material usage, and manpower allocation. Identify potential risks and obstacles and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them. Mentor and train junior staff to ensure skill development and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
