Job Description: The Interior Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of interior design projects. Working closely with the project manager and design team, the supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities on-site to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site activities, including but not limited to, construction, installation, and finishing work. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise, proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, site photos, and material inventory. Communicate effectively with the project manager, design team, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and laborers, to ensure work is carried out efficiently and effectively. Implement cost-saving measures and efficient resource allocation to optimize project profitability. Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, interior design, architecture, or a related field. Proven experience working as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction or interior design industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and interact with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
