Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects. Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather necessary data, and ensure that construction activities align with the approved designs and specifications. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements. Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities. Sustainable Design: Integrate principles of sustainable design and green building practices into architectural plans to minimize environmental impact and promote energy efficiency.
