As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Girl to join our team. Job Description: Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences. Assist customers in locating products and provide information about features, pricing, and benefits. Actively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote products effectively. Recommend products based on customers' preferences and requirements. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and ensure products are adequately stocked. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed. Assist in inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and conducting regular stock checks. Requirements: Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude. Basic math skills and proficiency in using electronic devices such as POS systems. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. Fluency in Malayalam and English languages is required. Prior experience in the retail industry, particularly in the Kozhikode area, is advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
