Verify the accuracy of bills and reconcile any discrepancies with customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any billing-related concerns or questions promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding customer orders and billing. Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and follow established procedures for cash handling. Assist in closing the billing counter at the end of the shift, including balancing cash registers and preparing reports. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
