Responsibilities: Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards. Change bed linens and replace towels as necessary. Ensure all amenities are replenished in guest rooms. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and corridors. Dust and polish furniture and fixtures. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department. Assist guests with inquiries and requests courteously and promptly. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues. Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide excellent service and support teamwork. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
