We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Car Showroom Floor Supervisor in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the showroom floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient sales processes, and smooth coordination among the sales team. Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of the showroom floor, including sales operations, customer interactions, and vehicle displays. Train, motivate, and mentor sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the showroom is well-stocked with a variety of vehicles, ensuring a visually appealing display at all times. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets, develop marketing strategies, and implement promotional activities. Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales staff and provide feedback for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, new car models, and competitor offerings to effectively advise customers and drive sales. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times. Maintain a positive and cohesive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among the sales team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Sound knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
