As a Snacks Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of delicious snacks and appetizers to our customers, ensuring excellent quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of snack recipes, and a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of snacks and appetizers, such as samosas, pakoras, cutlets, sandwiches, and other popular snacks, according to established recipes and customer preferences. Handle and prepare fresh ingredients for snack preparation, including vegetables, meats, and spices, ensuring they are clean, properly stored, and handled safely. Operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, and sandwich makers to cook snacks efficiently and safely. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure snacks are cooked to perfection, with a crispy texture and flavorful taste. Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation. Offer recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their taste preferences and dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack preparation area, including cooking equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Keep snack ingredients and supplies well-stocked and organized, including batters, sauces, and garnishes. Greet customers warmly and take their snack orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately, processing payments and providing change to customers. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients. Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, utensils, and serving areas regularly, following established cleaning procedures. Assist with general kitchen duties and tasks as needed, including dishwashing, cleaning, and restocking supplies. Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and friendly service to customers. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
