We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Juice Maker to join our team at our establishment in Palakkad. As a Juice Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of fresh juices and smoothies to our customers, ensuring excellent quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of juice ingredients, and a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages, according to customer preferences and specifications. Operate juice extraction machines, blenders, and other equipment to prepare juices and smoothies efficiently. Handle and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for juicing, ensuring they are clean, ripe, and properly stored. Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation. Offer recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their taste preferences and dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice preparation area, including juicers, blenders, cutting boards, and utensils. Keep juice ingredients and supplies well-stocked and organized, including fruits, vegetables, ice, and sweeteners. Greet customers warmly and take their juice orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately, processing payments and providing change to customers. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of juice ingredients. Clean and sanitize juice equipment, utensils, and serving areas regularly, following established cleaning procedures. Assist with general kitchen duties and tasks as needed, including dishwashing, cleaning, and restocking supplies. Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and friendly service to customers. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction. Requirements: Prior experience as a Juice Maker, Barista, or similar role in a café, restaurant, or juice bar is preferred but not required. Knowledge of different fruits, vegetables, and other juice ingredients. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality juices and service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Fluent in Malayalam; proficiency in English is an advantage. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
