Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of Porottas as per customer orders. Innovation: Contribute ideas for new Porotta variations or improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as a Porotta Maker or similar role in a restaurant or food production facility is preferred. Skill Set: Proficient in Porotta-making techniques, including dough preparation, rolling, and cooking.
